Outstanding service is the absolute, number-one priority of Spa Space. The following are the prevailing philosophies of Spa Space and its approach to service:

Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that Spa Space has a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments scheduled (additional time may be required for group events). Upon scheduling an appointment, the receptionist will request a credit card number to secure your appointment(s). If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment no so that another client may be scheduled in your place. If you fail to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged in full for the services that you scheduled. We appreciate your understanding!
